Dispatch Coordinator About The Role We are looking for an organized and dependable Dispatch Coordinator to help coordinate daily operations, schedules, deliveries, and driver activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate assignments, monitor shipments, and ensure timely service. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and assignments Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams Monitor routes, deliveries, shipments, and service schedules Track driver locations, workloads, and delivery status Prepare and update dispatch schedules, work orders, and records Respond to schedule changes, delays, and operational issues Maintain accurate logs, reports, and transportation records Follow up on deliveries and resolve routine service issues Provide timely updates to customers and team members Support efficient day-to-day transportation operations What You’ll Bring Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems Calm and professional approach to problem-solving Ability to work effectively with drivers and internal teams Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is an asset High school diploma or equivalent Why Work With Us Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to develop logistics and transportation skills Variety of daily responsibilities Opportunities for professional growth Team-focused workplace About The Company We are a growing operations-focused company committed to providing reliable service and efficient coordination.
