Dispatch Coordinator About The Role We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate daily schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, and help keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, routes, and service assignments Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams Monitor schedules and adjust assignments when priorities change Receive and respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests Track deliveries, pickups, appointments, and job status Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation Enter and update information in dispatch or scheduling systems Follow up on delays, schedule changes, and operational issues Provide timely updates to customers and team members Support administrative and logistics tasks as required Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, scheduling, or customer service experience is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with phones, email, and computer systems Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to solve scheduling and operational issues efficiently Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn company procedures and dispatch systems Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Consistent scheduling with opportunities for additional hours as business needs require Training and onboarding provided About The Company We are a growing Regina-based organization focused on dependable service, efficient operations, and positive customer experiences.
