Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the timely dispatch of our fleet, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenances - Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members - Manage logistics and optimize routes for efficiency - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations - Utilize GPS tools for mapping and navigation - Inputting calls into our web based system and routing technicians to jobs based on severity of the issue and our customers needs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field. Experience with Service Channel, EcoTrack, Corrigo, 86 Repairs and Service Fusion is a plus - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members - Ability to type efficiently and accurately Join our team as a Dispatcher to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
