Buttles Custom Ag LLC is seeking a Dispatch professional to support timely, accurate coordination of daily operations from our onsite location in Waupaca, WI. Position Summary The Dispatch role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day scheduling and communication to ensure work is dispatched efficiently and customers receive reliable updates. You will act as a central point of contact, balancing priorities while helping maintain smooth workflows across the team. This is a full-time onsite position in Waupaca, WI, where your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to respond quickly to changing needs will directly impact service outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor dispatch activities to support scheduled work and operational priorities. Communicate with drivers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to confirm assignments and timing. Track job status, update information accurately, and escalate issues as needed to keep operations on schedule. Manage incoming requests and route them to the appropriate team while maintaining organized records. Provide clear, timely communication to ensure customers and internal teams have consistent expectations. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and accountability in meeting scheduling and coordination expectations. Comfort using basic office technology and maintaining accurate information. Willingness to work onsite in Waupaca, WI as a full-time team member. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, operations coordination, or a customer-facing support role. Familiarity with routing or logistics workflows and attention to service detail. Experience handling time-sensitive requests and adjusting plans quickly as needs change. Demonstrated problem-solving skills when unexpected delays or issues arise. Compensation Hourly rate: $18.00
