Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation activities efficiently and ensure seamless operations. In this vital role, you will manage dispatch operations by leveraging transportation management systems, GPS technology, and data analysis skills. Your energetic approach will help optimize routes, communicate effectively with drivers and clients, and support the overall process. Duties Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as TowBook. Utilize GPS to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve transportation efficiency. Communicate with drivers and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette. Enter data accurately and efficiently. Requirements Experience with dispatching is preferred but not required. We will provide training for the roll. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy.
