Dispatcher & Order Fulfillment Specialist Keep parts moving and customers in the loop. Holbrook Auto Parts is looking for an organized, hands-on dispatcher who can coordinate drivers, solve order issues, and keep deliveries moving throughout the day. What you’ll do Coordinate drivers, daily routes, and delivery manifests Track orders and quickly resolve delays, part substitutions, and other issues Communicate with repair shops, drivers, sales, QC, and packaging teams Keep the dispatch board and order information accurate Pitch in with quality checks, packaging, and staging when needed What you bring Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills The ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort using computer systems to update orders and track workflow A team-first, hands-on approach and willingness to learn automotive parts If you take ownership, act with urgency, and enjoy finding practical solutions, we’d like to hear from you.
