Director / VP of Warehouse Operations Perris, CA | Onsite (5 Days/Week) $150,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits Direct Hire ShiplogiQ is seeking a Director or VP of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize its growing multi-site warehouse network. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will oversee approximately 500,000 square feet of warehouse operations , driving performance, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational scalability across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for a proven leader with extensive experience in 3PL, warehouse logistics, and distribution operations who can maintain a strategic, company-wide perspective while remaining hands-on with site leadership teams. Responsibilities Lead multi-site warehouse operations, including General Managers and Site Managers. Ensure all client SLAs, service commitments, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. Optimize labor utilization, productivity, inventory accuracy, and warehouse costs. Drive process improvement initiatives across fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and returns. Partner with WMS and IT teams to improve systems, workflows, reporting, and operational visibility. Support capacity planning, growth initiatives, and future facility launches. Travel between facilities, including occasional travel to New Jersey as needed. Qualifications 8+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL leadership experience. Experience managing multiple warehouse facilities and site leadership teams. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, labor planning, and operational metrics. Proven success improving productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency. Experience with both B2B distribution and direct-to-consumer fulfillment environments. Strong leadership, coaching, and change management abilities. What We're Looking For Strategic "big picture" operational leader with a hands-on management style.
