Fort Worth, TX Full Time Executive Director, Subcontract Program Management Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (on-site) · Pay: $180,000–$325,000 Lead the organization that manages major suppliers and subcontracts for large aircraft production and development programs. What you'll do Develop long-term subcontract strategy and tactical plans tied to enterprise objectives Lead managers and senior staff responsible for supplier cost, schedule, quality and technical performance Drive category management and supplier development for critical components Own talent management and succession planning for the function Report supply-base risk and performance to executive leadership What you bring Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain 12+ years in subcontract or supply chain management, 5+ in people leadership Strong grasp of FAR/DFARS, cost management and schedule management SAP experience preferred
