Director, Strategic Sourcing

Position Summary: Director, Strategic Sourcing Orlando Health is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-level sourcing and contract management strategies. This is a highly strategic leadership opportunity for someone who excels in complex negotiations, supplier relationships, contract development, financial analysis, and driving cost-effective solutions across a large organization. What You’ll Do Lead high-level, strategic contract and vendor negotiations. Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing and contract management strategies. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and improved value . Lead sourcing project plans, identify potential risks, and establish contingency strategies. Develop vendor performance measurements and evaluate supplier relationships. Guide sourcing strategies including RFIs, RFPs, contract reviews, letters of understanding, and statements of work . Partner with internal teams and stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel to support enterprise alignment. Advise departments on legal requirements related to contract negotiations and management. Represent Supply Chain in executive-level meetings and supplier/stakeholder business reviews.
