Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. What You Will Be Doing Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segment’s goals, ensuring efficient integration of procurement, production, and distribution processes. Operational Oversight: Manage daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting, to maintain optimal performance and meet service level agreements. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and enhances overall team productivity. Supplier and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor supply chain performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the business segment’s objectives. Supply Chain Management Expertise: Possesses deep knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
