Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the weekly Sales and Operations Execution process
• Coordinate demand, supply, production, distribution, transportation, and sales teams
• Translate approved S&OP plans into executable operational plans
• Resolve operational issues and manage exceptions centrally
• Develop scenarios addressing demand fluctuations and capacity constraints
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain or related functions
• Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments
• Expertise in demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and change management skills
• Fluent bilingualism in French and English
