Key Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience across Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Proven track record implementing and leading an effective S&OP process.
• Experience negotiating strategic supplier agreements and managing complex vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced planning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or Engineering (Master's/MBA or certifications like CPIM, CSCP, SCMP are a plus).
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee cross-functional teams in planning, procurement, logistics, and customer service.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives and establish performance KPIs.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, pricing, and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, and trade compliance.
