Role Description The Senior Director of Supply Chain is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ladera Ranch, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain strategy and daily operations, including production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance. The Senior Director leads and mentors a cross-functional team, sets KPIs, and uses data-driven insights to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational reliability. Responsibilities include developing supply chain policies, managing key vendor relationships, coordinating closely with manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing systems and tools to enhance visibility, and supporting executive leadership with strategic planning and risk management. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations, with experience overseeing end-to-end processes. Strong background in Production Planning and Procurement, including demand forecasting and vendor management. Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop insights, and support strategic decisions. Proven leadership experience managing teams, building cross-functional collaboration, and driving organizational change. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are beneficial. Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems, along with solid proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on inclusive and respectful collaboration. Track record of improving service levels, reducing costs, and optimizing inventory in a complex operational environment.
