Scope of Job: A Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence leads a team responsible for building strategic plans for the end-to-end optimization of Manufacturing, Procurement, logistical flows, and Capex/OPEX projects. This key role develops and analyses strategic projects across the Operations Executive leadership team to optimize the middle of the P&L, across all manufacturing sites and Operational functions, allow clear finance and strategic project reporting. Ensuring Operations exceed budgeted standards delivering enhanced margins.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering or Operations preferred.
Experience: 10+ Years of experience or progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations referred. Proven success implementing Lean programs and driving measurable performance improvements. Experience with ERP systems, S&OP processes and supply chain analytics. 3+ Years of Management Experience.
