Director of Strategic Procurement Frisco, TX We are recruiting for a Director of Strategic Procurement to join a growing organisation operating with a fast-paced, start-up mentality. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys building procurement functions, improving processes and driving real change. We're not looking for someone who simply delegates to a large team – we need someone who can lead from the front and demonstrate what great procurement looks like. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies across the business. Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management. Establish procurement processes, policies and best practices. Drive cost savings, operational efficiencies and supplier performance. Integrate and standardise procurement functions across business units. Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders. What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing and supplier management. Proven experience building or transforming procurement functions. Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills. A hands-on leader who is comfortable operating with a lean team. A confident, resilient personality with the backbone to challenge stakeholders and drive change. Someone who thrives in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
