We're searching for a Director of Sales who thrives on field leadership and team building rather than staying chained to a desk. The Role Field Leadership: Turn big-picture strategy into daily execution for your sales managers across On-Premise and Off-Premise channels. Team Development: Direct field coaching and market evaluation, ensuring managers maintain focus on talent development, execution standards, and structural problem-solving. Commercial Ownership: Manage commercial performance, gross profit, pricing, and inventory health alongside Finance and S&OP. Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with major accounts and work directly with suppliers to bring annual plans to life. Required Background Must have dedicated experience specifically in the beer industry , backed by 8+ years of sales leadership in beverage distribution or wholesale. Proven history of leading multi-level teams and hitting revenue, volume, and gross-profit targets. Strong financial grip on P&Ls, forecasts, and sales reporting platforms like Encompass.
