Director of Procurement

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Procurement Director. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity supporting purchasing and supplier management across multiple facilities within a growing organization. Compensation is targeted at $120,000–$125,000 per year, with possible flexibility based on experience and qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee purchasing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing facilities Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and vendor agreements Identify cost savings opportunities and improve purchasing processes Partner with operations, engineering, and finance on purchasing needs Provide guidance and oversight to purchasing team members Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery Support improvements to procurement reporting, systems, and procedures REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience within manufacturing industry Previous procurement or purchasing leadership experience Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost savings initiatives Multi-site or multi-location experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ERP experience preferred
