Job Summary
The Director of Operations is an integral part of the team. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining leading edge office operations while serving as the primary contact for clients, prospects, recruits, and guests. This associate will also assist the District Office with marketing, branding, and recruiting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Operations
  • Greet all individuals and direct them appropriately, answer and screen phone calls
  • Maintain welcoming and clean appearance of common office areas
  • Replenish and re-order snack and drink supplies for the office
  • Manage monthly calendar, office directories, contact lists, and office supply inventory
  • Send out daily and monthly reports
  • Coordinate maintenance with the building and various vendors

Marketing & Events
  • Maintain the district office website and assist advisors within the district office with maintaining their individual websites
  • Manage social media posts and create flyers to promote birthdays, anniversaries, and team events
  • Collaborate with the Clayton Network Office Marketing Team to maximize social media presence and drive engagement
  • Coordinate office events

Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Source resumes from recruiting job boards and create referral lists via social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Coordinate details of office and materials set-up for onboarding new representatives

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Possess basic computer and Microsoft Office experience
  • 1+ year experience in customer service and professional office settings
  • Obtain Life and Health licensing within 90 days of employment
  • Independent learner who seeks knowledge and is adaptable to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in an organized and detail-oriented environment
