What You’ll Do: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full scope of field operations and warehouse management to ensure smooth, compliant, and profitable execution of services. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Dispatch and manage 4–7 trucks daily across local and long-distance jobs ✅ Supervise and coach 10–20 movers and team leads on performance, professionalism, and safety ✅ Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve issues swiftly ✅ Own warehouse operations, including inventory, staging, and equipment control ✅ Interview, onboard, and train new hires regularly to maintain a strong labor force ✅ Coordinate scheduling, route planning, and crew logistics with precision ✅ Track maintenance needs and manage minor repairs for fleet vehicles ✅ Monitor compliance (DOT, safety, payroll hours) and uphold company standards ✅ Manage profitability by tracking COGS, gross profit, and job KPIs ✅ Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to support company goals ✅ Lead training sessions, meetings, and team-building events Who You Are: A confident, experienced operator who leads from the front. Must-Have Qualities: ✔ Proven leadership experience in managing teams and logistics ✔ Strong communication and decision-making skills ✔ Highly organized and able to prioritize in real time ✔ Hands-on and unafraid to step into the field when needed ✔ Reliable, punctual, and personally accountable ✔ Customer-service focused and mission-driven Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (preferred) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor if needed 1+ year managing teams (required) 1+ year warehouse/logistics experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of fleet operations, job costing, or service-based businesses a plus Schedule & Work Environment: Shifts May Include : Day or evening shifts Monday through Friday Weekends as needed On-call responsibilities based on job volume Ready to Lead and Grow With Us?
