Flexible and full-time restaurant Director of Operations position is available.

We are looking for a manager that can lead a team and is part of the restaurant leadership. We offer a Chick-fil-A restaurant Director to manage a shift for both Kitchen and Front of the House. Chick-fil-A of Vallejo is located at 1191 Admiral Callaghan Ln., in Vallejo, CA across from Toyota of Vallejo. Hours of operation are 6:30am – 10pm (Monday-Saturday and we close on Sundays).

Additional Information:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Physical Stamina: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Repetitive Motion: Includes frequent bending, lifting from floor-to-chest level, reaching, and pushing.
  • Duration: Often requires standing or walking for 8–10 hours per day.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.

Compensation: To be determined based upon experience.

Required license or certification: California Food Handlers and Servsafe Manager Certificate
