Director of Operations
Ā Full Time | Salary | Leadership Position
Ā Family Owned Commercial Cleaning Company
Ā ā¢ Supervise and support subcontractor cleaning teams
Ā ā¢ Ensure schedules, coverage, and staffing needs are met
Ā ā¢ Oversee specialty cleaning projects and after-hours work when needed
Ā ā¢ Maintain quality control and ensure company standards are followed
Ā ā¢ Support training, onboarding, and performance expectations
Ā ā¢ Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve escalations
Ā ā¢ Work closely with leadership to continuously strengthen operations
Ā ā¢ Contribute to growth by maintaining reliable execution and consistency
Ā ā¢ On-call or after-hours support as needed for operations or projects
Ā ā¢ Health stipend
