ProEdge is seeking a Director of Operations to scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations by architecting continuous improvement and systems thinking for predictable, repeatable, and efficient processes, all while furthering a team-first culture. This leader will own all core operations functions, including manufacturing, assembly, shipping, receiving, lab operations, inventory, and procurement.
This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing organization. You’ll own building systems for scale for both independent and enterprise customer models, innovating processes both new and current products, and ensuring operational efficiency under rising cost-to-serve realities.

This is an in-office leadership role with a core schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ProEdge genuinely cares about the health of all team members. All of us are real people with real lives – appointments, kids get sick, moments at home we wouldn't dare miss, or the every-so-often need for a deep focus day away from the pop-ins. We’re a team that supports each other, including when those realities pop up, and offer overflowing flexibility.
