SUMMARY The Director of Fleet and Equipment is responsible for managing and leading all fleet, equipment, tooling and maintenance activities for all Projects. This role will provide strategic leadership for the Fleet and Equipment function, partnering across Construction, Procurement, Project Management, and other business functions to support operational excellence and organizational objectives. This position reports to the Senior Director of Subcontracts, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is based in Houston, TX and follows a hybrid work model in alignment with Qcells’ Office Mobilization Plan (OMP). Employees within commuting distance of the designated office are expected to adhere to assigned in-office schedules based on OMP guidelines. Employees outside of the designated office may be eligible for remote work arrangements, subject to business needs and appropriate approvals. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm CST. This position is expected to travel up to 25%. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage the experience to optimize the contracting of equipment, fleet, and tooling vendors.
