NPC Companies is seeking a Director of Enterprise Brand & Digital Operations to lead the management, coordination, and execution of brand, digital, and pipeline systems across multiple operating companies.
As the Director, you will partner closely with enterprise leadership to understand company direction, priorities, and narrative, and ensure that these are consistently reflected across websites, systems, and overall execution. You will oversee internal marketing resources and external partners, setting clear expectations, sequencing work, and maintaining accountability across NPC Companies and its operating brands. You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a proven leader who thrives in complexity and can coordinate teams while running multi-brand marketing operations with discipline and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Alignment & Execution
Manage and enforce consistent brand and digital execution across all operating companies, ensuring enterprise narrative, positioning, and priorities are accurately reflected while maintaining quality and alignment standards.
Portfolio-Level Website Oversight
Oversee the governance, maintenance, and scalability of a multiâbrand website ecosystem, coordinating updates and new builds to ensure consistency, functionality, and adherence to established standards.
SEO System Coordination (NonâContent)
Coordinate SEO as a shared operational system by managing site architecture, keyword ownership, technical performance, and internal linking to ensure structured, coordinated visibility across brands.
Pipeline & CRM Structure Management
Own the configuration, consistency, and integrity of CRM and pipeline structures across operating companies, ensuring standardized stages, reliable data, and clear performance reporting.
Internal Team Leadership & Priority Management
Direct internal marketing resources by setting priorities, managing capacity, sequencing work, and enforcing timelines and quality standards across brands and initiatives.
External Partner Management
Manage external agencies and vendors by defining scope, priorities, and expectations, reviewing deliverables for alignment and quality, and holding partners accountable for execution and results.
Systems Coordination
Ensure the reliable operation and integration of shared marketing systems—including websites, SEO structure, CRM, analytics, and reporting—by identifying issues and driving resolution across entities.
New Venture Support
Manage the setup and rollout of websites, CRM structures, and supporting systems for new operating companies, applying enterprise standards to ensure efficient, consistent launches.
