Position Responsibilities
• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, collaborating directly with employees to maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Manage all daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Mentor and develop warehouse managers who supervise over 500 employees through consistent feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Pursue operational excellence by fostering accountability and continuous improvement to achieve industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Identify operational challenges, eliminate obstacles, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance warehouse performance.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct oversight of warehouse managers and large teams of over 400 people.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing productivity, quality, and safety through effective operational leadership.
• Proficient in utilizing KPIs, performance metrics, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
