You will lead a team of managers and large frontline staff, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance processes, layouts, and systems to achieve safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders, you will support growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver strategic leadership for distribution and logistics operations across multiple facilities.
• Supervise warehouse, inventory, and logistics performance to guarantee on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Create and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost management.
• Enhance processes, facility layouts, and operational systems to boost efficiency and throughput.
• Mentor and develop operations managers and frontline teams to foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to uphold customer commitments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects driven by data analysis and best practices.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational needs.
• Support organizational growth, new facility launches, and major operational initiatives.
