About the Role As a Director, Logistics & Operations , you will work with all levels of functional staff within the organization to implement immediate and long-term changes in processes to create a more productive, cost-effective, and profitable enterprise. You will cross-functionally coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehousing. This role will lead logistics operations and manage the end-to-end flow of goods, including procurement, production, inventory control, fulfillment, international shipping, compliance, and supply chain improvement. What You'll Do Work with all levels of functional staff within the organization, as appropriate, to implement immediate and long-term changes in processes to create a more productive, cost-effective, and profitable enterprise. Cross-functionally coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehousing. Lead a logistics team of analysts to achieve overall logistics tasks and manage the end-to-end flow of goods, including procurement, production, inventory control, and fulfillment. Train and mentor operational and logistics teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage the supply chain operation process from order creation to delivery on home textiles/goods projects to ensure all projects are completed on time. Oversee time and action calendars, manage timelines, generate reports, and provide strategic solutions to issues. Analyze global supply chain systems, including transportation costs, manufacturing costs, inventory management, delivery, vendor management, and lean supply chain improvement. Work on quality control, testing, and compliance solutions to ensure that quality standards, product safety, and regulatory requirements are maintained. Review international shipping documents and track international shipments from origin to final delivery at destination. Understand the legal interpretation of HTS/SCHB (U.S. import/export classification codes), country of origin designations, and customs valuations to actual business, and ensure that business processes conform to international trade regulations and compliance policies. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executive management and support them in creating strategies and sales targets and making financial decisions and business judgments. What We're Looking For Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a closely related field.
