ABOUT THE ROLE
Fresh Tracks Canada is looking for an experienced Director, Inventory Management to lead our inventory strategy across accommodations, rail, sightseeing, transportation, and other travel products.
Reporting to the VP, Product, you will develop inventory strategies based on customer demand, supplier capacity, and commercial plans — ensuring we have the right inventory, at the right time, to support revenue growth, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Working closely with our Product Managers, Pricing and Revenue Management, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and supplier partners, you will lead a team and serve as the inventory expert across the business.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking and a track record of solving complex problems in dynamic environments. You are comfortable leading a team, influencing cross-functional partners, and using data to drive decisions that improve both customer experience and business performance.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 CAD annually.

- Lead inventory planning for new products, seasonal launches, and key business initiatives.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across inventory processes, workflows, and system capabilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
