- Lead change management for new processes, standards, and digital capabilities.

Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive, end‑to‑end supply chain experience (planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, customer service).
- Demonstrated success leading multi‑site or global supply chain teams.
- Strong functional expertise in planning, sourcing, logistics, and customer‑service processes.
- High proficiency with ERP and digital supply‑chain systems from a business process perspective (not ownership).
- Strong communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and change‑leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical, defense).
- Lean/Continuous Improvement certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience with digital supply‑chain technologies such as advanced analytics, predictive forecasting, and AI/dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale transformation, process standardization, and technology‑adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITAR/DFARS or similar compliance frameworks when applicable.
