Director, HVAC Operations

The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize the daily operations of Home Climates Inc. This role will be responsible for financial oversight, team leadership, process improvement, and business growth strategies. This role requires a strong sales acumen, ability to train, and to scale business operations.

Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand the company’s revenue and profitability
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance
• Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to streamline workflows
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement and accountability
• Lead budgeting and cost initiatives to optimize profitability
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring all jobs are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Conduct timely, and thorough performance reviews

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in operations management within mechanical services, HVAC, or construction industries
• Technical expertise in residential HVAC required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and business development background, with an understanding of revenue growth strategies
• Financial expertise in budgeting
• Leadership experience
