Coordinate reviews, maintain the AI inventory, define responsible-AI requirements, and help approved use cases move safely from pilot to production. 3. Business Ownership, Adoption, and Value Ensure each initiative has a clear business problem, sponsor, users, value case, KPIs, adoption plan, and risk owner. Drive data and AI literacy, communications, and champion networks with HR and business leaders. Track adoption, value, quality, risk, and scalability; recommend whether initiatives should scale, change, or stop. 4.
