Direct Store Delivery Team Member & Driver - Part Time Temp Hours Per Week 15-25 Position Description/Minimum Qualifications : Delivering and merchandising Equal Exchange products at Market Basket stores around New England. Negotiating with store staff as relevant.

preferred - Ability to communicate well with customers, team members and staff - Ability to problem solve - Ability to effectively manage time and responsibilities - Ability to work independently - Driver's license - Access to a vehicle for delivery purposes with mileage reimbursement - Ability to lift 40 lbs Responsibilities:
• Store and transport Equal Exchange products in a clean vehicle - Organize safe, timely delivery routes - Deliver and merchandise Equal Exchange products at Market Basket locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire - Inventory management/ FIFO (first in first out) - Oversee and document Equal Exchange display maintenance (sale tags, etc.) - Process order paperwork - Maintain customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to Market Basket accounts - Follow safety guidelines in store - check in with supervisor and attend occasional team meetings - Participate in inventory audits - Other duties as assigned by supervisor
