Digital Product Manager – Warehouse Operations, Transportation & Regulatory

Job Description The Digital Product Manager – Order to Invoice (OTI), Warehouse Operations, Transportation & Regulatory (WO&TR) owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of warehouse, logistics, transportation, and regulatory capabilities within Sherwin-Williams' OTI domain. This role ensures alignment to enterprise business objectives, program governance, and Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) delivery standards while driving execution across warehouse operations, transportation management, shipping execution, logistics integrations, transportation regulatory compliance, and related supply chain capabilities. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners, Process, Deployment, DT Engineering, Testing, and Operational stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient fulfillment solutions that enable end-to-end order execution and customer delivery. This role directly leads and coaches two Product Owners while providing strategic direction, product governance, and portfolio oversight across the WO&TR product domain. Responsibilities Own the WO&TR Product Roadmap & Strategy Define and maintain the roadmap for Warehouse Operations, Transportation & Regulatory (WO&TR), aligned to ETG governance and product strategy. Ensure WO&TR capabilities adhere to program governance, documentation standards, scope controls, and Change Request (CR) processes. Prioritize features using value versus effort principles and manage dependencies across WO&TR and related OTI workstreams, including Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Order Management & Pricing, Promotions, Discounts & Rebates (OM-PPD&R). Lead and coach two assigned Product Owners, ensuring alignment to the WO&TR roadmap, backlog priorities, refinement readiness, and Agile delivery best practices. Manage feature backlogs using Jira, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done. Establish strategic priorities that improve warehouse efficiency, transportation effectiveness, logistics performance, and regulatory compliance. Accountable for overall WO&TR portfolio performance, backlog health, release readiness, value realization, and alignment to OTI strategic objectives. Deliver and Govern Warehouse & Logistics Solutions Support program-approved solutions for Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS), warehouse execution, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse automation capabilities. Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to design, optimize, and govern warehouse and logistics workflows. Oversee functional capabilities supporting inventory visibility, order fulfillment, operational reporting, warehouse productivity, and shipping execution. Create and maintain testing documentation for Oracle Cloud, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Global Trade Management (GTM), Redwood Pick, Pack & Ship (PP&S), and integrated boundary applications such as Trade Automation (TA). Coordinate solution delivery through program governance and partner with internal and external teams as required. Serve as Day-to-Day Logistics, Transportation & Regulatory Lead for Enterprise Initiatives & Deployments Lead transportation, logistics, and regulatory readiness for enterprise initiatives, deployment programs, and strategic transformation efforts. Steward and enhance Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Redwood Pick, Pack & Ship (PP&S), and Trade Automation capabilities. Partner with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and deployment leaders to define and execute future-state operational capabilities. Support carrier connectivity, shipment planning, freight execution, shipment visibility, transportation optimization, and logistics performance initiatives.
