ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Digital Procurement Analyst – to support the operational use and adoption of digital platforms across US market and our global sourcing organization. You will work closely with sourcing and category teams to translate procurement needs into practical digital workflows, improve platform adoption, and help users get greater value from technology. This role combines digital curiosity, hands-on platform support, process improvement, user enablement, and experimentation with emerging capabilities. And why not? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide functional support for digital procurement tools and sourcing platforms, helping teams use them effectively to improve procurement outcomes. • Assist sourcing and category teams in configuring and executing sourcing events, RFx processes, templates, and workflows. • Support the rollout and operational adoption of digital procurement tools across regions, aligned with global standards and sourcing processes. • Capture user feedback and identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, sourcing workflows, and the overall user experience. • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and practical enablement activities that help procurement teams make better use of digital platforms. • Champion new digital ways of working and help users transition toward more effective, technology-enabled processes. • Collaborate with Digital Enablement, Product, and Analytics teams to continuously improve procurement capabilities. • Explore emerging technologies, automation, and agentic solutions that could help reimagine how Procurement operates. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Systems, Administration, or a related field. • Understanding of procurement sourcing processes and RFx workflows. • Experience supporting digital platforms, business systems, or technology-enabled process improvement. • Ability to translate business needs into practical digital workflows and solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. • Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to execution. • Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams. • Business-fluent English, written and spoken. • Experience with Coupa Sourcing or a similar procurement platform is highly desirable. • Familiarity with procurement analytics and tools such as Power BI is a plus.
