Digital Print Technician

Tank Traders® is looking for a Digital Print Technician to join our team in La Salle, MB! We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in digital printing and print production to join our Research & Development team. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and transforming ideas into finished products, this role might be for you! The successful candidate will work closely with our Engineers and Fabricators to produce prototypes, product samples, test panels, and innovative print solutions that support new product development. What We're Looking For: Digital printing experience: Hands-on experience operating wide-format printers and print production equipment, including setup, file preparation, calibration, and operation. Print finishing skills: Experience with laminating, trimming, cutting, weeding, mounting, and preparing printed materials for testing and evaluation. Technical aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize print settings, and maintain consistent quality across various materials and applications. Attention to detail: Strong focus on quality control, colour accuracy, material selection, and meeting project specifications. Creative problem-solving: Supporting product development initiatives by testing new materials, processes, and print applications while contributing innovative ideas and improvements. Software proficiency: Experience working with print management software, RIP software, and basic graphic file preparation is considered an asset. What’s in it for you?
