Diesel Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel engines - Repair and replace faulty parts and components - Test and adjust engine systems to ensure proper functioning - Use power tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role - Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components - Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment - Familiarity with HVAC systems in vehicles is a plus - Ability to suspend, lift, or move heavy parts or equipment as needed - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong customer service skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
