Diesel Technician – Heavy-Duty Trucks & Trailers Ron’s Repair, Inc. – Worthington, MN. Must be able to commute or relocate Ron’s Repair, Inc. is a diesel parts and service shop that has been serving the Worthington, MN area for 35 years . We are looking for a skilled and dependable Diesel Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers . Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate! Pay & Benefits $30–$40 per hour , depending on experience Overtime pay after 40 hours Monday–Friday schedule Paid health insurance Paid retirement fund 401(k) matching Paid vacation/PTO Paid holidays Paid uniforms Employee discount Stable, long-term employment with an established local business Diesel Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues Inspect vehicles and components to identify needed repairs Perform preventative maintenance and general service work Follow established repair and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with the team regarding repairs and service needs Qualifications Previous diesel mechanic or diesel technician experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices , particularly with diesel equipment Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or similar diesel equipment is a plus Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and committed to quality workmanship Candidates with relevant mechanical experience who are looking to advance their skills are encouraged to apply Apply Today If you're an experienced Diesel Technician looking for a Monday–Friday position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and potential relocation assistance, we'd like to hear from you!
