WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing diesel-powered vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: Perform comprehensive diesel vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, and fuel-system repairs Diagnose and repair diesel emissions and after-treatment systems Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service Read and interpret repair orders, service information, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs, parts, and labor Perform quality-control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the service team Follow manufacturer procedures, dealership policies, and all applicable safety standards Stay current with evolving automotive technology, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques WHAT WE OFFER At Jeff Wyler Fort Mitchell Mercedes, we're focused on creating an environment where talented technicians can develop their skills, advance their careers, and take pride in the work they perform.
