Diesel Mechanic Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Summary Seeking a skilled technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing equipment, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations , and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed. The role involves installing onboard computers, inspecting critical systems like brakes and steering, and conducting routine maintenance using various hand and power tools. Road call services may also be required. Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent Over 2 years of experience in medium/heavy-duty vehicle repair, including diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, brake systems, A/C refrigeration, and computerized diagnostics Key Skills Strong technical and mechanical skills Ability to document work accurately in digital systems Professional communication and teamwork Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
