What You’ll Do As a Diesel Mechanic at Hiltz, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our truck fleet. Responsibilities include: Performing preventative maintenance to ensure fleet reliability Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of diesel engines and systems Correcting vehicle and engine defects efficiently and accurately Maintaining detailed records of maintenance and repairs Working independently with a strong sense of responsibility What We’re Looking For Proven diesel mechanic experience (A-Level preferred) Knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems Experience with various vehicle and engine types Strong work ethic and ability to work independently CDL license preferred Welding experience is a plus Compensation This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
