We are looking for a Service Technician / Mechanic for our busy Service Department. We believe our employees are our greatest asset and invest in their success. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, suspension work, and alignment procedures Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, drivetrain systems, AC systems, steering systems, and braking systems ensuring optimal performance. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and wheel alignments to enhance ride quality and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems such as automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and communicate repair findings clearly with customers. Ensure all vehicle maintenance tasks meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Perform work specified on dispatched repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standard Execute Warranty repairs to Manufacture specifications Requirements At least 2 years of Automotive Service Technician experience is preferred Ford certification is a plus!
