Smart DieselDIESEL MECHANIC – MOBILE ROAD SERVICE & SHOP SMART DIESEL LLC | Salt Lake City, UT Smart Diesel LLC is hiring a diesel mechanic to work both in our repair shop and out of our mobile road service truck. Pay: Starting at $30 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities: Perform roadside diagnostics and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Respond to service calls and assist customers on the road. Perform truck repairs and preventive maintenance in the shop. Repair brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, and electrical systems. Keep the service truck, tools, and work area organized. Follow safe work practices in the shop and at roadside locations. Requirements: Experience repairing diesel trucks. Ability to diagnose problems and work independently. Valid driver’s license. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Experience with Cummins, Detroit, and Hino diagnostics is a plus.
