FCG Truck Driver TrainingJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic . Unique role with a private fleet. Work on there own and perform maintenance on company fleet and oversee building and grounds. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working on tractor trailers. Duties Maintain clean and organized work area and keep bay clean Engine, mechanical, electrical and truck and trailer work and repair. Schedule AMs and PMs on equipment Oversee building and grounds Brakes Suspension components Diagnose and repair: Maintain accurate service and repair records Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers Communicate repair timeline Adjust clutches Requirements High School diploma or GED Vocational or technical training in diesel (preferred) Valid Driver License and or CDL (Have a cdl more per hour) Have tools (shop has some) Trailer experience a plus 1-year verified tractor trailer experience.
