TSP TalentRole: On-site 2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic for a waste and recycling fleet. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel trucks and related equipment. Service and troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems. Complete preventive maintenance to keep vehicles safe and reliable. Document maintenance and repair work accurately. Follow a safety-first approach and support a team-oriented shop culture. Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills for diesel equipment. Hands-on experience with engine, brake, hydraulic, and electrical system service. Ability to inspect vehicles thoroughly and perform preventive maintenance.
