Hader SolutionsRole: Operate, repair, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment to ensure safe operation. Responsibilities Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and repair Diesel Refuse Trucks. Repair hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, PTO, and other truck systems. Diagnose mechanical problems to maintain safe and reliable fleet operations. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to prepare vehicles for daily use. Qualifications & Skills Experience with truck maintenance and repairs. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, brake, and suspension systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Willingness to perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Additional Details Starting pay ranges from $29 to $36 per hour, with potential increases based on experience, certifications, and skills. Company pays for ASE testing; certifications earn a pay bump. Shift is from 2pm to 12am, Monday through Friday, with overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include PTO, quarterly tool allowance, boot reimbursement, health benefits after 60 days, and 401K after 6 months.
