Commercial Diesel Mechanic – Full Time & Part Time RJ Hallisey Truck Repair – Wakefield, MA RJ Hallisey Truck Repair specializes in servicing light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, and we are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable mechanic who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of diesel vehicles and equipment. We are looking for: experienced diesel mechanic mid-level diesel mechanic Our shop services commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment, and we are looking for mechanics who are confident diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: Full-time and part-time positions available Monday–Friday Saturdays available for extra hours Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks Perform engine, brake, suspension, hydraulic, and electrical repairs Complete preventative maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Work independently and alongside other mechanics Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: 2–3 years of mechanic or diesel repair experience Experience in diesel or commercial truck repair Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced repair shop Reliable, hardworking, and motivated CDL preferred but not required Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Compensation $32.00 – $50.00/hour starting pay based on experience, certifications, and training Company-provided uniforms Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance available the first of the month after 30 days, with 50% employer contribution toward the individual plan Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays We are looking for dependable mechanics who take pride in their work and want to be part of a solid team environment.
