Hader SolutionsRole: Perform safe operation, repair, rebuilding, and maintenance of heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs on diesel refuse trucks. Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, PTO, and other truck systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to maintain fleet safety and functionality. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle readiness for daily use. Qualifications & Skills Experience in heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, and PTO systems. Ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently. Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality work. Additional Details Starting pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience and certifications. $5K sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Shift from 2pm to 12:30am, with overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include PTO, tool allowance, boot reimbursement, health insurance after 60 days, and 401K after 6 months. Company covers ASE testing with pay increases for certifications earned.
