Sanitation ServicesDiesel Mechanic – Royal Flush Toilet and Fence Location: 1690 Radio Court, North Las Vegas, NV 89032 Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week About the Position Royal Flush Toilet and Fence is hiring a Diesel Mechanic for our Las Vegas branch. This position maintains and repairs our fleet, including vacuum pump trucks, to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations. Experience diagnosing and repairing power take-off (PTO) systems and vacuum pumps is preferred. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel trucks and fleet equipment. Diagnose and repair PTO systems, including troubleshooting engagement and operating issues. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, brake, and vacuum pump systems. Identify mechanical problems and communicate repair needs and equipment status to management. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Follow safe work practices and maintain an organized work area. Qualifications Diesel truck maintenance and repair experience. Preferred: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing PTO systems. Preferred: Experience maintaining and repairing vacuum pumps and vacuum pump trucks. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Valid Class C driver’s license. Must bring your own tools to perform maintenance and repairs. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently.
