We're looking for an experienced diesel mechanic who takes pride in their work, diagnoses it right the first time, and doesn't need to be babysat. What you'll own: - Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on our Class 8 fleet - Diagnostics and repair: engines, aftertreatment, brakes, electrical, suspension - Road-call support when a truck needs you - Keeping trucks safe, compliant, and rolling What you bring: - 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience, preferably on Class 8 trucks - Strong diagnostic skills — you find the problem, not just the symptom - Bring your own hand tools (preferred — the shop has equipment on hand and can supplement as needed) - ASE certifications a major plus; CDL a plus (for test drives) - Authorized to work in the United States What we offer: - $28–$38/hr based on experience, plus overtime - Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift — home every night - Paid holidays - 8 PTO days in year one (first day available after 90 days), 13 PTO days after 2 years of service - Steady, year-round work — our fleet keeps you busy Apply today.
