Diesel Truck Mechanic Company: C&W Repair Position: Full-Time Diesel Truck Mechanic Schedule: 5 days per week — Monday through Friday Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Job Description C&W Repair is looking for a responsible, dependable, and experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our shop. The right person should be able to work independently, diagnose problems accurately, and complete repairs safely and on time. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs. Perform regular maintenance and inspections. Identify mechanical problems and explain what repairs are needed. Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment properly. Keep the work area clean and organized. Complete repairs correctly and efficiently. Take responsibility for tools, parts, and equipment. Communicate clearly with the shop owner and customers about repair work. Follow all safety procedures. Requirements Previous diesel or heavy-truck mechanic experience preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Reliable and responsible work attitude. Able to work independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Takes pride in quality work. Dependable and consistent attendance.
